OLA was invited to Soochow University to attend the Global Talk Forum and International Student Recruitment Fair. From a global perspective, OLA engaged in-depth dialogues centered on youth development, school-enterprise co-cultivation, and industrial overseas expansion. During the morning roundtable forum, which brought together students from various countries and industry leaders, OLA’s representatives participated in intensive discussions on international hiring standards and career planning. They introduced OLA’s integrated supply chain model, global footprint, and overseas resources, offering valuable corporate perspectives and practical advice to guide international students' career growth, which received unanimous praise from attendees.
The afternoon job fair gathered over 200 international students from multiple nations and more than 30 premium enterprises. OLA’s booth attracted significant interest and bustling inquiries. Our team conducted in-depth interviews and registration with aspiring candidates, effectively building an elite international talent pipeline for key positions in cross-border supply chain and overseas business sectors.

Building on this, both parties finalized a long-term school-enterprise co-construction plan, unlocking multi-dimensional cooperation spanning campus sharing, targeted talent cultivation, and internship-to-employment pipelines. As a digital supply chain platform driving global expansion, OLA leverages its extensive global government, enterprise, and university network to build a dual-track bridge that connects Chinese manufacturing with global markets, and international talent with domestic enterprises.
